Medina Executive Coogee is located in one of Sydney's most popular southern beach suburbs. The Coogee Beach esplanade has been extensively upgraded, paved and landscaped to enhance its attraction to locals and visitors alike. Medina Executive Coogee is one block from the beach and built around a landscaped courtyard.

Smaller than Bondi, Coogee Beach has a range of cafes, restaurants and bars making it an entertainment centre for the area as well as having a good surf beach with two ocean swimming baths for people who prefer to swim in still water. Several beachfront establishments offer open-air eating, which makes it particularly popular on weekends.

The property is only 5 kilometres from Sydney Airport, and approximately 8 kilometres from the city. Randwick Racecourse is within a 10 to 15 minute drive, as is Sydney Sports and Cricket grounds, and eight golf courses.

Medina Executive Coogee is undergoing refurbishment works to all rooms. Work will be between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and occassionally Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm. This work will be finalised by the end of September 2008. During this period, every effort will be made to keep disruptions to a minimum.
